Refund policy

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

In accordance with California State law, the return of all alcoholic beverages is prohibited except in the event of a defective good. To accommodate such instances an item can be replaced by the same item (where applicable), a store credit can be generated in the amount of original purchase, or a refund can be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase, and does require a proof of purchase for eligibility. In the event a purchase is cancelled while in transit the product/goods will be refunded upon safe return, but costs associated to transit are not eligible for refund. All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable following the confirmed shipment of a parcel. In the event a parcel is returned due to being undeliverable, the products will be refunded accordingly, but costs associated to the shipping will not be returned.
